GTA4 DLC isn't a game.
The web hype is infinitely more complex than the real world so no. There really hasn't been a game this hyped since Halo 3, I believe it will deliver however some people are just expecting the second coming of christ and it's hard to imagine a game better than MGS4 for me personally.
